If our engine fails to convert your document correctly due to an internal mapping error or systemic failure, your page credits for that specific session will be automatically restored.

2. Refund Requests

For subscription plans (6-month or 1-year), refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have not utilized any page credits under a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
